Showing in August and September in our main gallery,   Figments: Images from the Desert comprises 27 poignant images that Photo Continuum member Gerhard Bock took during his travels in the California desert.

About this body of work Gerhard says: "As an outsider, I find myself wanting to understand what it's like to be part of this extreme environment, but I cannot pretend that I truly know. I get tantalizing glimpses--always haunting, often terrible--and yet, like figments, these snatched moments quickly vanish into thin air."
