color

After seeing the world in monochrome for many years, I rediscovered color on a trip to Germany and the Czech Republic in the spring of 2008.

As with my Holga work, I'm not interested in creating documentary images that accurately reflect reality. Instead, I use super-saturated colors and diffusion to create a fantastical world that beckons us, yet at the same time puts us on wobbly footing since things may not be what they seem. Look out for rabbit holes!
