ARCHITECTURE

Architecture is an art form. There is good art and bad art. Usually there are some good details in an overall bad piece of art. Besides, a photograph of architecture is not necessarily about the architecture.

I spent a substantial portion of my life financing real estate projects without spending any time in the design process. Now I can look at a structure and see form, space, light and dark rather than cost per square foot, comps or what kind of a lease rate we can get to support a needed loan.
